There are six negative consequences if you don't moisturise your face.

The majority of us have the practise of cleansing ourselves at night and applying numerous moisturisers, while throughout the day we continuously use hand lotion to maintain our skin moist. But what if we stop using moisturiser for a few days, a few weeks, a few months, or even a few years? The response is that our skin will be aged, dry, damaged, and dull. And for this reason, you must moisturise yourself every day.

The largest organ in our body, the skin, need sufficient of water to survive just like other organs do. When we stop consuming water, our skin starts to look dry, spotty, dull, and patchy. It is now abundantly obvious that failing to hydrate our face and skin will result in more wrinkles and acne over the period of time.

The following six negative outcomes can occur if you don't moisturise your face:

1. Wrinkles: As you age, you will notice more wrinkles and fine lines. Wrinkles and fine lines are practically synonyms for one another. But there are other factors as well, such as not drinking enough water, not using skin cream or sunscreen, that contribute to dry, constrictive skin.

2. Acne: When our skin generates too much sebum oil, pimples form. Sebum acid regulates the amount of oil that each skin contains, however excessive oil production can result in acne. Experts advise using noncomedogenic, oil-free lotions for this reason.

3. Dry and tight: Many of us have noticed that when our skin lacks moisture, it exhibits various symptoms including tightness and dryness on the cheeks and lips.

4. Impact on complexion: Seasonal change is the worst thing that can happen to your face because it gives you a lifeless, uneven, and rough complexion. If you don't include moisturiser in your skincare routine, your skin texture could deteriorate.

5. Makeup: Using too much makeup causes your skin to become rough and lifeless, and the harsh chemicals in it rob your skin of moisture. Apply as little makeup as you can and wash it off with warm water before going to bed.

6. Oily Skin: It's a common misconception that oily skin doesn't require hydration. Nevertheless, it's not right. Oily skin needs moisture to keep healthy and balanced, much as other types of skin. Keep yourself moisturised and hydrated for good health and healthy, glowing skin. Drink plenty of fluids and water.
