At first, I did feel anxious because I thought maybe I had taken too much, but this is typical and does pass. It's kind of calming, and I don't sense my thoughts as strongly.

 

Once I'm up, showered, dressed, and have had something to eat and drink, it goes away. You get used to it and learn to cope with it. Additionally, I feel more capable of handling it in any case because I feel refreshed after sleeping. A restful night's sleep provides me so much more dynamism!

 

No one should take it without their support person keeping an eye on them.

I wasn't told how quickly zopiclone acts before I began taking it. This is not stated on the box either. You won't be able to make it upstairs to your bed if you take it downstairs because it works so rapidly.

 

You must be cautious not to depend on it excessively and to only use it in dire circumstances because it can be addictive. No one should take it without their support person keeping an eye on them.

 

Amazingly, zopiclone has significantly reduced my need for crisis intervention, and I appreciate being able to self-manage my situation. Because I know I can better handle myself, have control over my mental health, and don't have to rely on anyone else, I now have more independence and confidence.
